We believe in clear, upfront pricing. No hidden fees, no surprises.

| Hourly labour rate (billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour) | $105 / hour |
| Remote support (no travel – done over the internet) | $105 / hour (minimum $30) |
| Data recovery (diagnosis + first 1 hour) | $105 (then hourly rate above) |
| Travel Time and Mileage | $30 (Western End) |
| Travel Time and Mileage | $60 (Eastern End - anywhere past Sunshine Valley) |
*All prices exclude GST unless stated. Parts (hard drives, screens, batteries etc.) are billed at cost + 10% handling.
📞 What to expect when you book
- Call or book online – tell us the problem.
- We’ll confirm a time – same-day or next-day usually available.
- On-site or remote – we come to you, or fix it from our workshop.
- Diagnosis is free if you proceed with the repair – otherwise a $105 diagnostic fee applies.
- You approve the cost before we start any paid work.
